- Check-in: Flexible self check-in / flexible arrival day, subject to availability
- Departure: Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 am
- Cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the full price is payable. In the event of a no-show, the full booking price is payable.
- Local tourist tax: The Reutte Nature Park Region charges a local tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
- Final cleaning: For Säuling, Tauern and Daniel: €60.00
- Final cleaning: For Grubig, Ehrenberg, Thaneller and Gimpel: €70.00
- Final cleaning: For Gehrenspitze: €80.00
